Nashville wedding band pricing varies based on band size, hours, and what's included. Most professional Nashville wedding bands range from $5,000–$20,000+.
Party Down Live offers packages starting around $8,000 for a full reception set. The exact price depends on your date, venue, hours of performance, number of musicians, and any add-ons like cocktail hour or ceremony coverage. We provide custom quotes after a brief conversation about your event — no pressure, just honest numbers.

We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). Nashville is a competitive market — top wedding bands book Saturdays up to 18 months out.

Party Down Live performs with 6–10 professional musicians depending on your package. A standard lineup includes lead vocalists (male and female), lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass, keys, and drums. Premium packages add a full horn section for that big-band feel.
Every single musician is an active Nashville professional — these aren't weekend warriors, they're full-time artists who perform at some of the biggest events in the city.

A live wedding band creates an atmosphere that a DJ simply can't replicate. Live musicians feed off the crowd's energy — they can slow down, speed up, extend a song when the dance floor is on fire, or shift energy when they read the room. It's a dynamic, interactive experience.
DJs are a great option for some couples, but if you want a reception that guests talk about for years — "I can't believe how good the band was" — a live band is the move.
